Key features include advanced safety systems, real-time process control, and sustainable technologies like Aquabond, which replaces glue with water, and Mo.Se for glue waste reduction. The machine delivers speeds of 600 m/min and accommodates rolls up to 200mm in diameter.
Perini MyGo can include a versatile laminator embosser that ensures quality with its 409mm diameter steel rollers and can produce embossed, decorated or DESL products. It can use rollers with the most advanced engraving technologies, including the GHOST system. This allows for a significant increase in bulk while ensuring unparalleled production versatility. Additionally, the embossing and perforation parameters can be easily adjusted via the HMI, providing precise control over the process. Furthermore, MyGo integrates the most advanced safety systems, utilizing "fail-safe" modules in the PLC to optimize diagnostics and ensure the highest level of protection.
